Every week the Fox teams up with the Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton Kent for Feel Good Friday – sharing different ways you can continue to take care of yourself, focus on your mental health and FEEL GOOD!

This week’s message – focus on things that you can control. In this time of uncertainty, it’s important for us to focus on the aspects of our lives that we can still control. When you’re feeling overwhelmed and find yourself worrying, take a moment to recognize and examine the things you have control over and understand that sometimes, all you can control is your effort and your attitude, when you start to put your energy into those things, you’ll be much more effective and begin to have a better outlook!
