Habitat For Humanity Stops By

David (CEO) and Angela (Fund Development Manager) from Habitat for Humanity dropped by the Fox studios to share some info about the upcoming fundraiser – Coldest Night of the Year – Sarnia Bay.

They surprised us with a plaque to thank Blackburn Media for being a part of their biggest most important fundraiser of the year for many years.  We love being a part of it, and have a Blackburn Media team in it already for this year — the Bee Positive’s if you want to make a donation on my behalf.  (smile)

The event is coming up February 25th.  You can sign up to walk, donate, or volunteer online at Coldest Night of the Year – Sarnia Bay

The goal is to raise $40, 000.  The walk is in a new location this year.  A chili lunch will be provided.  HGTV’s Damon Bennett will be the MC/ Event Ambassador.
