Happy Halloween – What’s Happening

Lots of fun activities throughout the area this weekend for Halloween fun!

TONIGHT

Come in costume to tonight’s Sting game!  Join the Sting and Sacwal Flooring Centres TONIGHT and celebrate Halloween at the Hive! The Sting will be taking on the Sudbury Wolves at 7:05pm so bring the kids, dress up in your costumes, and join us for a fun Halloween themed in-game experience including a spooky Halloween music playlist, videoboard content, in-game giveaways and best costume contest!

Saturday –

The very first Fright Night – at Cana-scare-a Park.  Put your costume on and join the fun at Canatara Park.  Four haunted areas and three haunted houses each with a different level of scariness.  Depending on how much you WANT to be scared.  Hosted by the City of Sarnia and the Seaway Kiwanis Club.


Sarnia Street Cruisers hosting a Trunk or Treat event at Hiawatha on Saturday from 4-6.  Kids twelve and under – come in costume.  Admission is a  donation for The Inn Of The Good Shepherd.

Dress in your favorite costume and come check out haunted cars, motorcycles, The “Joker” Monster Truck, The Rotator from Heavy Rescue 401, fire trucks, Crime Stoppers, and much more!!  Get your picture taken with your favorite Star Wars character from the 501st, Rebel Legion & Droid Builders. Like scary movies?  Meet Freddy Krueger and more from Sarnia Scare Grams.  Halloween bags available


Also on Saturday, Crackling Cauldrons: A Trick-or-Treat Event will be held on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m at the Oil Museum of Canada.  “Join the Oil Museum of Canada for a freaky fun-time where all your mini-ghouls, goblins, superheroes, and princesses can have fun hunting for candy, making monster masks and playing witchy games. 

Children are encouraged to wear their costumes for this family-friendly event. Trick or Treat in our historic buildings and stop inside the museum for games such as witch hat ring toss and crafts for young people to enjoy.”

In Alvinston – there is a Zombie Walk on Saturday.  Campbell’s Park – 1pm.


 

SUNDAY 

Two Trunk of Treat events in Corunna –

WELLINGS OF CORUNNA – Come in costume for candy, games, a photo booth, and bring a donation for the Inn of the Good Shepherd between 4-6.

PARKWAY CHURCH IN CORUNNA is hosting TRUNK OR TREAT on Sunday from 5-7 –  come in costume for candy, inflatables and a bbq
