HOW DO YOU GET IN THE DRAW?

• Listen to 99.9 The Fox, Cool 106.3 or 103.9 CHOK, Monday, April 13th – Friday, May 8th, 2026.
• Weekdays at 7:20am, 12:20pm, 3:20pm and 6:20pm PLUS Weekends at 8:20am and 11:20pm, we’ll announce our daily KEY WORD (times are approximate)
• Once you know the key word, you have until 11:45pm each day to enter it on the FORM below.
  You can enter DAILY, one entry per day.
• 80 qualifiers will be drawn from the online entries and will join us for the LIVE Elimination Draw May 13th at Imperial City Brewhouse.
• Please make sure you read all of our rules and regulations.
• The daily KEY WORD will not be posted on Social Media or repeated onair at any other time, so you’ve got to Listen!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE DRAW

• The draw is happening LIVE at the Imperial City Brewhouse May 13th. Doors open at 5pm.
• If you are one of the 80 qualifiers in the draw, you or a representative must be present to win and arrive by 6pm. It is an elimination draw, so the FINAL name drawn is the winner.
• If you are in the draw and cannot make it in person that night, someone can be there in your place, but we must be notified by 12pm Tuesday May 12th, no changes will be made after that.
• You/or your representative must present a Valid ID to get your Ballot. You/or your representative can bring ONE guest with you to the event. There will be food and beverages available for Sale.

RULES & REGULATIONS

• You must be 19 years of age or older to enter/win this contest. You must be a resident of Canada and reside in the CFGX/CHKS/CHOK Canadian Broadcast Area (Lambton/Kent County)
• There will be only 80 people qualified to win, your name cannot be in more than once.
• The draw is Wednesday, May 13th at the Imperial City Brewhouse, 1330 Exmouth Street.
• You are not eligible for this contest if at any point during this time you are an employee, representative, immediate family member or agent of Blackburn Media Inc.
• You (or a representative) must be there to physically put your name in the draw and when the winner is announced. Doors open at 5pm and all qualifiers must be there by 6pm. If you cannot attend, you must notify us by email ([email protected], [email protected]) by 12pm, Tuesday, May 12th with the name and phone number of who will be there to represent you. *NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS TIME.*
• It is an elimination draw that will begin at 6:15pm. THE FINAL NAME DRAWN is the winner.
• The winner will choose up to FIVE Sponsors to spend $9000 at.
• This Prize has NO CASH VALUE and will be received by the winner by way of gift cards/tab/vouchers. None of the prizes are transferable or convertible to cash and each must be accepted as awarded. The prizes may not be sold to, bartered with or purchased by a third party.
• The winner will be required to produce a government issued photo ID as proof of identity, age and residency when they claim their prize at each sponsor.
• The winner must select which sponsors they will be spending their prize with and initiate contact with them within 10 days of winning.
• It is further understood that there are certain terms and conditions associated with such prizes that the winner agrees to comply with. Should your purchase exceed what you have chosen to spend at any Sponsor, including tax and installation, the additional amount is at the expense of the winner.
• There may be certain terms and conditions associated with the redemption of a certain prize(s) at the discretion of sponsor(s) that the winner agrees to comply with.
• Release of Information Participation constitutes permission for 99.9 The Fox, Cool 106.3 and 103.9 CHOK, Blackburn Media Inc., and all Sponsors of the SPRING SPENDING SPREE 2026, to use the winner’s photo, name, likeness, voice and sobriquet for the purpose of advertising/promotion.
• Attempt at entry implies acceptance of these rules. Any disputes to be handled by Sarah Woodley, Program Manager, 99.9 The Fox and decisions are final.
