A SQUASH RECIPE I ACTUALLY LIKE!
I’m going to be honest, I don’t really LOVE Squash. I’ll do a Butternut Squash Soup or Curry usually in the Fall, but I don’t actively cook a lot of squash.
It is really good for good for you, but I just don’t love it…until NOW!
