GLEEFRESHING..the Opposite To DOOMSCROLLING
Most of us have spent the last eight months “doomscrolling”, otherwise known as mindlessly cruising social media, absorbing all of the terrible news about things you can’t control. Although the pandemic isn’t over, those who are celebrating the outcome of the election, have replaced “doomscrolling” with “gleefreshing”. The new term refers to constantly refreshing social media in search of good news…. and I happened upon somthing that made me feel gleeful.
