Who is coo coo for Coconut?? As someone that can’t do dairy I am very thankful for all of the Coconut Dairy Alternatives…including Ice Cream!!
I made a Creamy Cucumber Dill salad yesterday and used Plain Coconut Yogurt instead of Sour Cream, not quite as good as the real thing but still good.
Of course Coconut Cream Pie, German Chocolate Cake, Thai Curry and those dried coconut smiles from Bulk Barn are all delicious ways to enjoy Coconut.
I saw a recipe for Corn Coconut Soup yesterday and definitely want to try it. It is Corn season after all! Click HERE for the recipe.
