Happy Tuesday! Feels a lot like a Monday but that’s okay. The weekend is already close.
I hope you had a wonderful long weekend. There is something about having one extra day to do things that makes all the difference. I had a few extra days off which made it extra special.
For some reason yesterday was all about getting things cleaned up and organized. I can’t be the only one that loves that.
It feels good to start a new month with everything cleaned up.
I wanted to share something I found online today that resonated with me. I have a love of dragonflies. Legend is they are a sign from heaven. I have three dragonflies tattooed on my arm in remembrance of my family. Every August, right around my brothers birthday, I have a dragonfly that pays me a visit and lingers. I like to think it’s my brother, giving me a hard time like he used to when we were kids.
Every so often I have a dragonfly come close to me and just linger. It will circle around and around. I like to think it’s someone saying hello from heaven.
Well, look at this story. A bride released butterflies on her wedding day in honour of her late father. Imagine everyone’s surprise when they stayed. Actually clung to her and her dress and other wedding party members.
The story made me smile and I wanted to share that with you.
