I love listening to Mel Robbins – and this podcast had me rethinking my morning routine.
I’m guilty of all three of these things.
I hit snooze. Some days more than I’d like to admit.
I drink coffee right away and usually drink it while looking at my phone scrolling social media.

No more snooze button. No coffee for an hour after waking up. And no screen time until you’ve had natural light.
