A very big thank you to Capstones for bringing in lunch for the staff today!
Capstones is Lambton College’s campus restaurant. It’s an applied learning environment where the students in the Culinary Management and the Canadian Culinary Operations programs can apply knowledge learned inside the classroom. By supporting Capstones, you are helping the students gain knowledge and experience in the food industry.
Capstones – located in the Lambton College Event Centre (1485 London Road) is open for lunch Thursdays and Fridays between 11:30 and 1:30pm thru April 12. Stop in or make a reservation.
