Oscar Nominations Are Out – Did Your Favourite Movie Make The Cut?

Of all the award shows, I think I like the Oscars the best. 

I love to still get excited about really good movies.  This year’s Oscar nominations are out and it’s not really a surprise who leads the way.

Oppenheimer leads the race with a whopping 13 nominations.  Emma Stone’s Poor Things has 11 nominations.  Killers of the Flower Moon received 10 nominations and last year’s huge box office hit Barbie, got eight nominations.  American Fiction came out with five. 

Last year Everything Everywhere All At Once was the big winner.

The 96th annual Academy Awards will be held Sunday, March 10, at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood and will air live on ABC. The show will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, his fourth time hosting.
