New Music Monday – Matchbox Twenty
I am loving this new song from Matchbox Twenty. The first new music from the band in 10 years. It comes from their fifth studio album Where the Light Goes which is out now.
12 tracks on the album and the first single is “Wild Dogs (Running in a Slow Dream),” which was performed live the first time on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
Rob Thomas says – “One of the best things about this job is how fortunate and lucky we are to still be here. These songs have been a part of people’s lives. They’ve been in weddings, they’ve become tattoos, and they’re the soundtrack to Saturday nights and Sunday mornings. My only real hope is for more people to let this album be part of their lives. To me, it’s the greatest compliment.”
