What Did You Do For Fun?
This is an old one, but still counts.
Nature Valley sat down with three generations of families and asked them one simple question:
“What did you like to do for fun as a kid?” To see the difference in what our kids might say compared to things we did or our parents did as kids is kinda sad.
I used to ride my bike everywhere. We pretended to fish – with a fishing rod made with a stick and mom’s yarn. We collected rocks. So many rocks. We popped bubbles in the hot tar on the road in the summer time. We played games. Made our own adventures.
Is it too late for our kids to learn how to get off the screens? And enjoy the world without a device?
