Feel Good Friday – Working On Stress Management Skills

Every Friday the Fox teams up with the Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton Kent for Feel Good Friday.  Sharing things you can do to take care of yourself, focus on your mental health, and help you feel GOOD!

Now that it’s April, and we are well into the spring season, we’re looking at spring cleaning. But not the closets or draws or even the garage.  Nope.

This month, why not take time to “spring clean” your mental health.  Start by working on improving your stress management skills.  Try your best to not dwell on issues that are out of your control.  Learning to accept the situation for all that it entails is an important skill in reducing stress.  Making sure that you set aside time for yourself is another key to managing stress.
