Feel Good Friday – Enjoy The Beauty Of Nature
Every Friday the Fox teams up with the Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton Kent for Feel Good Friday. Sharing things you can do to take care of yourself, focus on your mental health and FEEL GOOD!
“In the spirit of today being #EarthDay, today’s #FeelGoodFriday is all about enjoying nature!
Spending time in nature is good for us for lots of reasons! Research shows that people who enjoy and are connected with nature are usually happier in life. Nature can generate a multitude of positive emotions, such as calmness, joy, and creativity and can facilitate concentration. Nature connectedness is also associated with lower levels of poor mental health, in particular lower depression and anxiety levels. So spend some time in nature today and take care of our environment – we need it for our mental health and happiness!
