Every Friday The Fox teams up with the Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton-Kent for Feel Good Friday!  It’s all about sharing things you can do to take care of yourself, focus on your mental health, and FEEL GOOD!

Today it’s all about the power of GRATITUTDE!  

Gratitude is the quality of being thankful and showing appreciation for what we have. When we practice gratitude on a regular basis, it not only can impact our mental and physical health, but those around you! Research shows that people who regularly express gratitude for the positive things in their life are shown to be happier overall, have a more positive outlook on life, and reported feeling more loved and connected to others in their lives.

Try starting a gratitude list today! Start your day by writing down one thing that went well the previous day or pick a time every week to write about your blessings.
