Sarnia Police have issued an arrest warrant for 51 year old Roger William Allan Pindus.

He’s wanted on charges of obstructing justice, uttering death threats, intimidation and breach of recognizance.  Police say a female victim was at work when she was approached by a 35 year old man who allegedly threatened her on behalf of Pindus.

Ronald David Muxlow has been charged with attempt to obstruct justice by threatening, criminal hasassment, uttering threats to cause bodily harm and intimidation.

Last September a female was accosted in a parking lot on south Indian road, a knife was produced at the time.  Pindus was arrested and charged with several serious offenses.

Sarnia Man Wanted on Child Porn Charges

Sarnia police have issued an arrest warrant.

They’re looking for 32 year old Dannie Adam Zack, he’s wanted on charges of possession of child pornography and failing to comply with a probation order.

This, after police executed a search warrant at a home in the 100 block of East St. South last Thursday. Police arrested Zack and seized a computer.

He had been released pending further investigation into the contents of the computer. An analysis of the computer has been done and a vast array of images was found. Attempts to locate the accused have failed.

Zack is described as a white man, 5″11 and about 207 lbs. He has short brown hair, a thick moustache and goatee, hazel eyes, a deformity of right little finger and a scar on left side of his throat.

With the start of construction nearing,  BioAmber continues to pull together the necessary spending for its 80 million dollar Sarnia investment.

The latest transaction is 10 million dollars from Lanxess with equal amounts from two existing investors.    

BioAmber and Lanxess are jointly developing phthalate-free plasticizers, and expect to begin sampling succinic-based plasticizers sometime this year. 

The two have been working together on the establishment of BioAmber’s first world-scale bio-succinic acid manufacturing facility on the Vidal Street site.

Lanxess is actively engaged in creating its Sarnia site to establish what President Sandy Marshall says could be the largest bio-industrial park in Canada, offering land, energy and infrastructure.
