Beyonce is making headlines as per usual but her set at Coachella on Saturday night really was  pretty noteworthy for other reasons . Probably because it included a DESTINY’S CHILD reunion.

Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams joined her onstage for three songs:  “Lose My Breath”, “Say My Name”, and “Soldier”.

Beyoncé and the girls performance has shut the internet down. Prior to Bey’s performance, reports surfaced that she had been holding lengthy rehearsals and had 100 dancers. Beyoncé took the stage on Saturday for a history-making performance on Day 2 of Coachella. The singer did a 105-minute set with a marching band, costume changes, fireworks and had a HBCU homecoming-themed performance with a pep rally. Bey opened up with “Crazy In Love” and performed hits such as “Freedom,” “Formation,” “Sorry,” “Bow Down,” “Diva,” “Flawless,” “Feeling Myself” and “Don’t Hurt Yourself.”

Solange danced beside her sister during “Get Me Bodied.”

Yoncé also gave a heartwarming speech to her fans in Indio, California, and to those streaming via YouTube. She said, “I just wanna say thank you guys. I’m so happy that I’m here,” she said. I was supposed to perform at Coachella before but I ended up getting pregnant, thank God, and I had time to dream and dream and dream with two beautiful souls in my belly. I dreamt up this performance. This is everything and more than I dreamt of it being. Thank for sharing this with me.”

The show was heavy on female empowerment.  “Coachella, thank you for allowing me to be the first black woman to headline!”, Beyonce said to the crowd.

Jay-Z also hit the stage for a duet on “Déjà vu”. While Solange brought Beyoncé out for her Coachella set in 2014. Beyoncé did the same this year giving us a legendary dance break during “Get Me Bodied.”

Jay-Z and Solange were not on stage together.

Coachella is dead. Long live Beychella!
