The Sarnia Braves started off their Can-Am AAA League schedule with a 7-1 win over the Tecumseh Thunder at Errol Russell Park.

Starting pitcher Nick Baljeu threw a stellar five innings of ball allowing one run on six hits while striking out six.

The Enniskillen Express Bantam fastball team has a doubleheader today at 11am against the London Lightning.

The Express Midgets also have a doubleheader beginning at 4 against the Mississauga North Tigers. All games are at Krall Park on Oil Heritage Road south of Petrolia.

The Express Midget 4-team round robin tournament is Sunday with play beginning at 9am.
