This week is National Sun Awareness Week!
We are reminded to protect ourselves from to much sun exposure, especially on a day like to day, with cooler that normal June 1st temps, but the sun is shining clear & bright.
According to the Canadian Health Association, we need to make wearing sunscreen and sunglasses part of our daily routine, especially when the UV rays are the most powerful, between 11am & 4p.
FYI. the BIGGEST MISTAKE we make for staying safe in the sun? Not putting on enough sunscreen BEFORE we head outdoors!!! So SLATHER IT ON!!!!
