Naps are a great way to get rid of stress and…..…it also ups productivity & give us a happiness quick fix. ANd now naps are being applauded because they turn our minds into a sponge! This new research out of Germany says that a midday power-nap can give a huge boost to our memory & help us take in and digest info better!
Just make sure you keep the snoring to a minimum, otherwise everyone in the office will know what you’re doing…or actually NOT doing!
