How’s Your Happy?
Are you happy? Could you be happier? Are you doing enough to make yourself happy? A friend of mine now lives by the hashtag Choose Happy and it’s working for her. In every decision it’s a chance to choose to be happy and it’s easier than you realize.
I am a worrier. I have to be honest when I say it’s true. But I’m trying so very hard to let that go and embrace the fun in life, and to be happier. Enjoy the smaller moments. Stop comparing my life to someone else’s. You know what? It’s working.
This summer has been the best yet because I’m focusing on the little things.
I don’t care if we eat dinner at 8pm. If I want to have a conversation with my husband in the backyard that lasts for 30 minutes and puts a smile on my face before I even begin to search the fridge for what to make, I’m going to do it.
This weekend I had a bubble gum bubble blowing challenge with my kids. We laughed so hard and I had bubble gum all over my face. We camped in my brother-in-law’s backyard.
