THIS is awesome!

Every girls dream happened Sunday night at the West Edmonton Mall.  Sydney Bourbeau, 13 years-old was singing Ed Sheeran’s Thinking Out Loud as part of her music school’s fundraiser for the Edmonton Human Society when he walked out of the HMV store and on to the stage, to sing the song with her.

Can you imagine?  When I was that age, I know that’s one of those things you dream of happening.  But I can’t imagine how excited she must have been.  Seriously.  She probably couldn’t breathe for days.

She said at first she didn’t realize who it was.  She thought someone had come onstage to fix her microphone.

“I was like, should I stop? I didn’t want to stop, but I wanted to talk to him,” she said. “This is, like, the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”

She got another shock later in the day when Ed Sheeran’s manager texted her, offering her tow tickets to his show Sunday night at Rexall Place.

Amazing story.
